#	Instructions / Requirements
1	Details of student are to be checked by Academics & Registration Branch/Examination Branch. Thereafter, students must submit the relevant fee via Q-Fix.
2	For Provisional Certificate/Degree: Copy of all semester DMCs/results (upon course completion) is required.
3	Migration Certificate Fee: Rs. 2500/- (First-time applicant) Rs. 4500/- (Duplicate or after 10 years) Required documents: Copy of last semester marksheet or University leaving certificate (signed by HoD) Copy of ID proof (Voter ID/Aadhaar/Driving License/PAN/Passport) Copy of fee receipt Self-attested copy of provisional certificate
4	Payment status will be updated within 24 to 48 hours. Please avoid re-payment.
